Bovanenkovo - Ukhta
(second stage)

The Bovanenkovo-Ukhta gas trunklines system is being built to deliver gas from the Yamal Peninsula, the next biggest gas province of Russia. The system spans over 2,439 km and will have an installed capacity of 140 bcm per year. The construction project, owned and unvested in by the Gazprom Group, began in 2007 and is due to finish in 2015. In 2012-2013, the company was awarded the general contracts to build several sections with a total length of 249.9 km under Phase 2 of the project.
